Victor Babiuc

With over 15 years of experience in tech recruiting and talent acquisition, I started Bold Profiles in 2018 with a simple mission: to provide growing companies with elite tech talent through a personalized, white-glove approach that big agencies simply can't match.

After working with major tech companies in Boston and New York City, I saw firsthand how the traditional recruiting model was failing both companies and candidates. That's why we built Bold Profiles around transparency, speed, and results.

Beyond recruiting, I angel invest in early stage startups and enjoy everything from ancient history to plant care. Currently obsessed with my variegated monstera and training my dog Ruby!
